Last updated: 28 March 2026 · Effective: 28 March 2026
TrustArc is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) and all applicable South African legislation.
1. Who We Are
TrustArc (Pty) Ltd ("TrustArc", "we", "us", "our") is a Cape Town-based transport marketplace that connects passengers, independent drivers, and fleet owners. We are the Responsible Party as defined under POPIA.
TrustArc operates as a marketplace platform. We facilitate connections between service providers (drivers, fleet owners) and service recipients (passengers) — we do not ourselves provide transport services directly.

8. Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data — including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we encourage you to use strong passwords and to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
